Security Deposit
$200 deposit holds cabin. 50% due 60 days prior to check in and the remainder is due 14 days before check in.
$200 deposit turns into your security deposit and will be returned within 5 business days provided there are no problems.
Pet Policy
Well behaved dogs are welcome. No more than 2 dogs.
Cleaning Policy
There is no daily cleaning service. Please leave the cabin in reasonably clean condition. There is an additional fee if unusual cleaning is required. Specific instructions about linens and garbage will be provided.
Linens
Linens are provided. **Please bring beach towels and pet towels.**
Smoking Policy
There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the cabin. When smoking on the grounds, dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
